Growing up and honing my catering, private chef, and culinary skills in and around the Napa Valley, California , I was fortunate enough to learn what a difference a good partnership with a local farmer or butcher shop can mean for a cook and chef. This continued with my travels and cooking across the PNW (Pacific North West) in California, Oregon, and Washington, and into fishing lodges in Alaska, fine dining restaurants in Colorado, and even the unique fresh seafood culture of New England, and Vermont's sugaring season. There is nothing like a regional fresh product that makes you feel the energy and taste the ambiance of a community.

Therefore I work hard to design a truly personalized menu for you and your needs, and then I work with local suppliers from Pike Place Market and local vendors to source the freshest and most authentic ingredients, and use old-fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality.
